TOUCHDOWN!

FOOTBALL Sunday is here!

Now, today is quite the hectic day for me as our annual vacation is TOMORROW!
I've got way too much laundry to do, too many errands to run, nothing packed, and I must get my eyebrows waxed before we go....all while taking care of my sweet little boys whom I'm going to miss like crazy (but also enjoy my adult time to the fullest!)
Do ya think I'm going to get it all done?

Yeah, me either.

So, while I'm busting my tush today TRYING, you get posting some yummy appetizers!

I will post mine today sometime, I promise. Ok, I promise I'll try, how about that?

Anyone who is visiting this blog for the first time, or anyone who hasn't commented before...step right up!

We don't need anything fancy, but fancy is fine is you are a fancy person!

I will copy/paste each and every recipe into the Tantalizing Tuesday blogsite!(link in my side bar as well)

So, get those fingers typing! ;)

Happy Tuesday!

This is super quick, easy, few ingredients and a MAJOR HIT.

Chili Bake

2 blocks cream cheese
2 cans of chili
1 pkg of shredded mozzerella cheese

Layer the cream cheese (bottom), chili and top with cheese. Heat oven to about 350 and bake until cheese is melted and the dish is heated through.

Serve with tostitos.

To make a 8x8 dish cut ingredients in half.

Bah. Mine's so sissy and "tea party-ish" but its what I make almost any time we have appetizers and, well, I am "tea party-ish" so, here ya go...

Cucumber Sandwiches

I cut bread into little round circles with a cookie cutter. Then I put cream cheese on them. Then a slice of cucumber. Then a dab of mayo and then a sprinkle of paprika. YUM! My *favorite*
